Terms of Purchase & Use for Digital Products

By purchasing any product from A Pin In Time Design (www.apinintimedesigns.com), you agree to the following terms.

“Products” referred to by these Terms of Purchase & Use (“Terms”) include but are not limited to: Showit templates, Canva templates, workshops, tutorials, worksheets, and any other information or products provided after a paid purchase or for which you supply personal information in exchange, including without limitation free downloaded material or other information available through www.apinintimedesigns.com, and related domains and e-mail newsletters. All such Products are the intellectual property of and are owned by A Pin In Time Designs.

Please read our full Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use carefully before using this website or purchasing a product. Our Privacy Policy and Website Terms are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

TEMPLATE OR PRODUCT LICENSE TERMS

Your purchase of a product from A Pin In Time Designs grants you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial use only license to the purchased product and resources associated with it.

You may not resell, distribute, share, reproduce and alter, edit, remix, or in any way create a derivative of any part or whole of these products for distribution as your own work. You also may not use these products or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s). You must be at least 16 to purchase and use templates and products created by A Pin In Time Designs.

Showit templates designed and sold by A Pin In Time Design are not legally associated with Showit. The images used in these templates are from free online stock websites, please swap them out with your photos or free stock photos you download.

Fonts might be free Google fonts or custom fonts, in the case of custom fonts you would need a proper license to use them. We hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images, fonts and graphics.

By purchasing these templates you acknowledge that these templates work on only Showit and not any other platform (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress etc.), and to use these templates you’d need a paid Showit account. You also agree to display the site credit, which is linked to A Pin In Time Designs website, placed at the bottom of the website templates.

If you have any issues related to the template after purchase, feel free to reach out to me for support. If you need help with general Showit issues that are non-template related, you may contact Showit support directly. We will not be responsible for helping with general Showit questions or any problems you may experience with Showit.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products are designed and owned by A Pin In Time Designs. You may not resell, reproduce or claim any of these products as your own. A Pin In Time Designs owns and retains all content in and products sold on apinintimedesigns.com, along with its trademarks and copyrights.

You may NOT use Our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing any text, image, design, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in Our products. We have spent a great deal of time and money building the intellectual property located on this site and in order to maintain the integrity of it, We cannot allow any third party use.

You agree that any infringement of the A Pin In Time Designs intellectual property, Your access to the Content and Product automatically terminates, and you shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, there will be no refunds or exchange of items once a purchase is complete. All sales made are final, so please ensure you understand what each product includes prior to making your purchase, view the demos and read the terms of use and website’s privacy policy before you make a purchase.

PAYMENT

If you purchase any of A Pin In Time Design products, we collect billing addresses, and other billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction through the payment processors we use (Selar, Flutterwave, Paypal or Lemon Squeezy) and you can read more about how they use your personal information on their respective websites.

If you elect to pay by payment plans, you authorize A Pin In Time Designs to charge your credit card or debit card for the monthly installments. By choosing the payment plan option, you are required to complete your plan or it will be considered theft and further legal action will be taken.

REGISTERED USERS

You might be required to create an account through a third-party course platform called Teachery, in order to access your purchased product and resources related to it.

During the registration process, you will be asked to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”). When creating your account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.

Each Sign-In Name and corresponding Password can be used by only one Registered User, and sharing your access credentials with others (especially if they are using your credentials to access our proprietary Content) is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Sign-In Name and Password, as well as for any use, misuse, or communications entered through the Websites using one or more of them. We reserve the right to delete or change your Password, Sign-In Name, or Unique Identifier at any time and for any reason and shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage caused by such action.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

When you purchase a product, you’re added to A Pin In Time Designs email list, so you can receive notifications on product updates, promos and other promotional content. If you would like to stop receiving promotional marketing or communications from A Pin In Time Designs, you may opt out of such communications by clicking the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link in any email from us.

A Pin In Time Designs is committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties. For email communications, we use Flodesk. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from A Pin In Time Designs or click on a link therein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating and purchasing any product created by A Pin In Time Designs, you agree that in no event will the Company, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your access to the and use of the product.

You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless our Company, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of the product including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.
