How it works
At the end of your VIP day, you'll have the agreed upon designs ready to go. Then 7 days of post vip day support for troubleshooting and getting any questions you have answered.
IT'S LAUNCH TIME
Fill out the form below and I'll get back to you within 48 hours. We'll hop on a short call to talk more about the help you need, smooth out the details and see if we're a good fit.
BOOK YOUR DAY
After the call, I'll send over the invoice and contract. You'll go ahead to pay the invoice, sign the contract and choose your date to lock in your VIP day spot. You'll receive a questionnaire as well as more information about what I need for your designs.
THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
Send in your completed questionnaire and other assets needed for the VIP day (i.e. copy and branding materials). at least one week before your VIP day. We'll have a strategy call 2 days before your VIP day where I'll share a wireframe, get feedback and tie up any loose ends.
PRE VIP DAY PREP
It's our day! I'll get to work on the design while you sit back and relax. Please keep your phone or laptop close by as I'll be sending you updates/asking for feedback periodically during the day. This will be done via Voxer, Email or Instagram DM (based on your preference).

Frequently Asked Questions
I'll be sending you updates and asking for feedback if needed, from time to time during the VIP day, so you'd need to be close to your phone or laptop to ensure a smooth VIP day. We'd communicate through Voxer, Email or Instagram DM. This doesn't mean you'd need to be glued to your phone or laptop for 8 hours straight, just be available.
No, I stick to my strengths. I'm good at design, copywriting - not so much. I can recommend several great copywriters who can help you with that. If you want to go the DIY route, I can also recommend copy templates to help you with that.
This depends on the tasks. Common assets are your copy, brand elements (palette, fonts, images etc.), Showit account access, and a completed questionnaire. These assets would need to be provided at least one week before your VIP day. Failure to do so might result in postponement of your VIP day.
Showit! It's a fully customizable (no coding required!) web design platform, and coupled with it's WordPress integration for blogging and easy design interface, it's an absolute winner to me. This makes it easy for clients to make simple edits to their websites, without worrying about learning code or breaking their website. You can also sign up for a free trial to check out the Showit platform and see for yourself.
It depends on what you need done. During the consult call, we'll go over what you need and if it can be done in a day. If not, you can book multiple back to back VIP days to get it done or a half day in addition to your VIP day. If you do decide to book multiple VIP days within two weeks of your first, you'd get a special discount as well.
No worries, you can reschedule your VIP day once within 60 days of the original VIP day date. I understand that things happen, just let me know at least 9 days before your VIP day. If you provide less than 9 days notice or reschedule multiple times, you'll be charged a rescheduling fee as it's harder to find a replacement for the open slot when there's such a short turnaround.
